Associate Attorney The candidate will handle business immigration matters and some family immigration matters. Should have J.D. degree from accredited U.S. law school. Must be member in good standing of any state Bar. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have 3+ years experience practicing business immigration law. Should have experience with L-1 or E-1/E-2 petitions, preferably both. Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
