Estate Planning/Business Law Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience working on estate planning, probate and estate administration matters, real estate transactions, and work on corporate matters for small business clients. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, be highly motivated, hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision and a desire to have significant client and referral interaction. Must be licensed in Kansas, preferably in Missouri also, but not required. Preferably should have 1 year of relevant and Estate Planning experience.
