Immigration Attorney The candidate will conduct consultations, evaluate individual cases. and assist in providing strategy and/or solutions to client situations. Provide guidance and support to the immigration team. Provide sound legal advice and keep clients abreast of their case s status. Represent clients at USCIS interviews and before EOIR Tucson; prepare case strategy and clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony. Prepare immigration-based filings for complex case management. May conduct and complete reviews of filings. Draft, review, and file appropriate court pleadings including legal motions, petitions, and briefs; as well as prepare appropriate immigration applications. Perform legal research and maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws. Must enjoy regular face-to-face contact with clients and/or client family members. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office required. Proficiency in the use of Case Management System required. Excellent organizational skills required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school required. Good Standing Bar License required. Should have experience.
