Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have personal injury experience and ability to work independently. Must also be able to work on the personal injury files from start to finish. Must have experience drafting Complaints, Bills of Particulars and other discovery documents. Must be familiar with the medical records and terminology. Should have some familiarity with case management software, preferably SmartAdvocate. Should have good speaking skills and ability to communicate with clients on phone. 5 years paralegal experience is preferred. 5 years of Microsoft Office is preferred.
