Paralegal - Trademark The candidate must have 3-5 years of IP experience. In depth knowledge of US, Madrid Protocol, and direct foreign filing required. Should have more than three years experience in international and domestic trademark prosecution and portfolio management with in depth knowledge of U.S., Madrid Protocol, and direct foreign filing. Ability to work actively with foreign associates and manage large and very active case load required. Experience with WebTMS and PATTSY required. Must have excellent analytical and written communication skills.
