Corporate Securities Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of broad corporate and securities experience. Should have Undergraduate and J.D. degrees from recognized institutions. At least three years of experience, principally in corporate and federal securities laws and requirements applicable to public companies. Must have experience with public offerings, including S-1 registration statements. Must have the ability to organize, plan, coordinate and implement large and ongoing projects and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have the ability to contribute to discussions of general business issues and understand and counsel clients in a manner consistent with the their goals and culture. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and the flexibility and ability to work with fast-changing priorities. Must have good judgment, a high level of professional integrity and the discretion, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
