Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years experience as a litigation paralegal, substantial experience in general and business litigation, strong Word and Outlook skills, familiarity with ICCES, PACER, LexisNexis. Duties include preparing, analyzing, and organizing discovery; drafting, proofing, and filing pleadings; managing case deadlines; assisting with the client intake process; and otherwise supporting an active trial practice.
