Senior Supervisor Pre-Litigation / Motor Vehicle Collision Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys with representation of personal injury clients. Will encompass all aspects of representing victims of negligence, particularly Motor Vehicle Collision cases. Handle auto/motorcycle/trucking collisions cases at every stage from intake up to litigation. Must possess at least 4+ years of relative experience. Must have mastered client intake, drafting demand letters, obtaining medicals, negotiating bill reductions, client call follow-up, and all manner of representing victims of motor vehicle collisions. Prior Supervisor experience is a plus.
