Legal Assistant/Paralegal/Office Manager Duties: Coordinating/scheduling calendars for attorney meetings and events. Answer, screen and direct phone calls using multi-line telephone. Front desk greeter for clients, attorneys and delivery (if working in person). Prepare fee agreements and process client data into billing program. Place and receive office supply orders. Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys. Receive, record and assign file numbers for new clients and enter information into management system. Coordinate file archiving and retention. Handle drafting, editing and/or mailing of attorney correspondences. Organizing document production and receipt of same. Litigation and mediation support. Work with firm accountant to send bills. Legal filing. Qualifications: AA or higher degree and/or paralegal certificate. Microsoft Suite. Adobe. Zoom. ECS with King County Superior Court. Familiarity with court rules. Excellent organizational skills. Sense of humor and flexibility. Ability to take direction from multiple sources. Working knowledge of computers, printers, scanners. Background and experience in legal field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to anticipate and meet deadlines.
