Healthcare Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in healthcare law to assist with regulatory, compliance, licensing, employment, and transactional matters. Should have working knowledge of state and federal licensing requirements, CMS Conditions of participation, and fraud and abuse laws. A Master of Laws degree in healthcare is preferred. Should be authorized to practice law in Florida. Must demonstrate a passion for healthcare law. Strong desire to improve knowledge of healthcare law is needed.
