Paralegal - IP Litigation Duties: Supporting a busy Intellectual Property litigation practice. Document management (physical and electronic), document analysis, investigative research, cite and fact checking of documents, and a variety of other paralegal level tasks. Prepare drafts of court documents, assist with trademark enforcement matters and work with legal teams at trials, arbitrations, hearings and depositions. Work as part of a team as well as independently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant law firm Intellectual Property Litigation experience, assisting in the preparation of IP Litigation documents, assisting with trial preparation and in court, and reviewing of the IP Litigation calendar. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Access; experience with Relativity and Trial Director preferred. We will also consider significant relevant work experience in place of college degree. Superior communication and client service skills and be able to work well independently as well as with a team. Must work well under pressure and have the ability to make good judgments and apply new ideas in a fast-paced work environment.
