Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will obtain and file medical bills/records affidavits. Should have 1 year of personal injury litigation experience. Notary Public is preferred. Experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is an absolute requirement. Case management of client files is essential. Prior personal injury litigation experience is mandatory. Draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of the case is preferred. Knowledge of CLIO legal case management software, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook, and Excel is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. E-Filing in Texas Courts is an absolute requirement. Note: Urgently hiring.
