Litigation Attorney The candidate will support the real estate practice. Should be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. Must have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Applications will be accepted from newly licensed attorneys will be considered. Should be able to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Must be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Hearing, trial, and other appearances may be required, as such some travel may be required. Should have expertise in the Florida legal system.
