Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must speak Spanish & English. Must Help with: phones, intakes, property damage claims, reductions, medical management, setting up a claim, preparing for demand, writing demands, supplementing demands, filing suit, calendaring and settling cases. Must be super organized and good with follow up. Paralegal must keep track of case referrals and get all information necessary at case sign-up so case management runs smoothly. Litigation experience is required.
