Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will correspond and communicate with medical providers and subrogation interests. Will draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of case. Must be an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal. Experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is a must. Experience in Drafting Petitions in personal injury litigation cases is a must. Must have knowledge of case management software, Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Outlook and Excel. Prior personal injury litigation experience is an absolute requirement. Bilingual in Spanish is a must. E-Filing in Texas Courts is required.
