Senior Attorney The candidate will assist in training new attorneys, reviewing attorney and paralegal work as assigned, and participating in trials with new attorneys. Will be the first source to attorneys and assigned paralegals in his or her team for questions and to make sure deadlines are met for assignments and court for the team. Also be responsible for representing individuals in immigration proceedings, conducting consultations of potential clients, drafting briefs, and researching innovative, legal ways to help clients. Should have Juris Doctor from an accredited university. 2 years of experience is required. Previous court litigation experience is needed. Should preferably have Licensed to Practice Law in Virginia or Maryland. Bilingual proficiency in the English and Spanish Languages is desired.
