Attorney-Employment Law The candidate will work on all aspects of a case from pre-litigation through trial. Should be well-spoken, an excellent writer, and have a passion for representing employees who have been wronged. Must have experience working in civil litigation and ideally in employment law. The vast majority of caseload involves wrongful termination predicated under the FEHA so should be familiar with this area of law.
