Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will serve in the management of significant volume of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury files. Will serve in the medical collection. Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests. Calling clients for information. Opening files and sending necessary letters. Conduct legal research and initial case assessments (FOIA requests, preliminary investigation, etc.). Perform administrative duties (calendar deadlines, organize case files, etc.). Should have 1-5 years of experience in personal injury, discovery, and/or medical bill and record collection. Must have great client communication skills. Microsoft Excel and Word skills needed.
