Litigation/Technology Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with litigation support and case management, organizing large caseloads, discovery, and mediation/trial preparation. Responsibilities include client contact, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, summarizing medical and other records, investigation, and research. A Bachelor s degree is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office products is essential.
