Associate Attorney The candidate' must be licensed in California in good standing with at least 1 year of experience. learner, a self-starter, have excellent writing skills, be able to handle their own case load, and be interested in litigation. Will be given many opportunities to shine and carry own case load (with support). Any of the following are a plus (but are not requirements) for a candidate: Knowledge of or familiarity with litigation defense work. Knowledge of or familiarity with California Rules of Civil Procedure/Federal Rules. Experience with pleading challenges, depositions, written discovery, and motions
