Paralegal - Workers' Compensation The candidate will be managing cases with attorney supervision. Applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills including telephone, interpersonal and written. In addition, the applicant must demonstrate strong attention to detail, personal organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. At minimum, a 2-year degree is required. Certification from an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred, but not required. Customer service training and background is highly desirable. Should preferably have 1+ year of litigation experience.
