Attorney The candidate will advise clients on securities and corporate law, draft financing documents and commercial contracts, advise public and privately-held companies on financing and general corporate transactions, draft, review and file documents with the SEC pursuant to the 1933 Act and 1934 Act. Should have JD Degree. Must have 1+ year of experience as law clerk in Securities and Corporate Law, and must be a member in good standing of one of the states of U.S., preferably the state of New York.
