Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have Light research capabilities a plus and experience with general court deadlines and compliance with pleading rules a must. Effective communication skills inter-office and out of the office. Knowledge of Probate drafting forms and filing procedures. Knowledge of State Court drafting of pleadings. Also must have experience calendaring response deadlines and docketing and calendaring hearing dates. Communications with client(s) regarding case status and updates. Drafting pleadings, correspondence, motions, etc. as necessary. Must be familiar with state court requirements for drafting, preparing and electronically filing state and probate court pleadings, Return calls and/or e-mails to Clients, debtors, etc. Moderate to significant experience (3-5 years+) with State Court and/or Probate practice. Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive. Must be able to work full-time. Please advise of salary requirements/history.
