Associate Attorney - Employment Law The candidate will represent clients in federal court. Will prepare and draft legal documents. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Prepare depositions and represent clients in depositions. Attend hearings and motion calendar. The candidate must have 1+ year of experience in labor and employment law. Should have Florida Bar AND Barred in Federal Court Southern District of Florida and in good standing. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Experience with EEOC claims, unpaid overtime claims, unpaid wages and Discrimination claims is required. Must have familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Homeowners Insurance and Personal Injury Litigation experience is a plus.
