Associate Attorney - Real Estate The candidate will contact clients to go over new Real Estate contracts. Will meet with clients to review documents, draft documents or sign documents, as needed. Provide legal guidance and support throughout the clients transactions, as needed. Attend Real Estate closings on behalf of Seller, Buyer or Mortgage lending clients for both residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. Should have admittance to the State Bar. Must have 1+ year of experience.
