Part Time Legal Secretary The candidate will be working with high-profile attorneys, clients, and staff to provide a superb level of customer service. Will be answering high-volume of calls; receptionist duties. Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner. Managing the Firm s calendar and conference room reservations. Assisting with special projects. General clerical and administrative responsibilities. Previous experience in the legal industry as a legal secretary and/or receptionist is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
