Legal Secretary/ Administrative Assistant The candidate will assist Attorneys and Paralegals with word processing, litigation documents, (briefs with Tables of Contents and Authorities) and administrative tasks. Prepare and send out correspondence to clients, counsel, courts. Format mass mailings. Prepare labels (USPS, FedEX, UPS). Scan and save documents to our document management system (Worldox). Occasional phone coverage at reception. Advance Office 365 Experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is required. Worldox; Salesforce; Westlaw knowledge is a plus.
