Real Estate Transactional Attorney The candidate will facilitate Real Estate Closings. Manage and organize caseloads from start to finish. Oversee Support Staff. Should have 2+ years of experience handling residential closings. Buy/sell transactional experience in New York and New Jersey. Knowledge of real estate-owned (REO) closing practices, applicable laws, and documents. Knowledge of completing transactions for Hard Money originators. Commercial Leasing Experience. Must be admitted in both New York and New Jersey. Leadership qualities, ability to manage support staff. Superior Organizational, Research, and Writing Skills. Independent Worker, Deadline Driven. Able to Manage a Heavy Work Load. Works Well Under Pressure.
