Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience to join busy commercial litigation team. Should be a self-starter with proven research, writing, and client service skills, and must possess strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. The candidate must be a current member in good standing of the New Jersey bar (a member in good standing of the New York bar, also, is a plus), and be proficient in practice in the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
