Litigation Paralegal The candidate will discovery, expert retention, medical summaries, file management, subpoenas, tracking billable time, and other paralegal tasks as assigned. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate is required. Should have 3+ years progressive experience as a Paralegal in a defense law firm environment. Experience in insurance defense litigation required. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal experience. Prior experience in a trial environment is preferred.
