School Law/Education Law Attorney The candidate must have 1+ year of experience. Must have experience in either collective bargaining, including grievance and interest arbitrations, or in special education. Experience in one or more of the following education law areas is preferred: student discipline and student rights, labor relations, employment counseling, Board governance, and non-discrimination issues. Prior representation of public school districts and/or independent schools, colleges and universities strongly preferred. Strong counseling skills and exceptional presentation skills required. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required along with admission to the Connecticut Bar.
