Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate handles cases throughout Georgia. This will include municipal court, state court, superior court, DCPP cases, domestic violence cases and the occasional family court case. Must be able to bill time, follow up on cases and vigorously represent clients. Duties may also consist of handling personal injury cases including medical malpractice. Should have 3+ years of experience. Must be thoroughly knowledgeable about cases in their jurisdiction. Must be an active member and in good standing with their jurisdictions Bar association. Spanish Proficiency preferred.
