Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist our litigation department. Will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff and other litigation duties. Must have a background in personal injury law with strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Prepare litigation cases for trial; File Petitions; Negotiate settlements; Perform legal analysis. Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions. Should have Juris Doctor degree. Must be Texas State Bar licensed. Should have 1 - 2 years of litigation experience. Must have 2 year of trial experience. Preferred Qualifications: Strong Research/Writing skills; Prosecutor background a plus
