Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 1 year of experience and paralegal certification from an ABA approved program. Insurance defense experience is preferred. Should have New York and/or New Jersey litigation experience. Strong computer skills and organization skills are required. Will be required to handle assignments from multiple attorneys. Obtaining and analyzing medical records is a major portion of the job. Other responsibilities include social media research, legal research, and form discovery. MS Word and Excel skills are needed. Familiarity with PCLaw is a plus.
