Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 1-year immigration law experience. Requires the handling of less cases but we are still a fast-paced law firm handling removal proceedings. Will concentrate to produce quality work on the cases assigned and appear at Master and Individual hearings. Should be a strong litigator, great written, a great multi tasker, with great oral and analytical skills along with a strong and positive attitude. Must care about helping immigrant communities. Must be admitted to any ABA Bar preferably NJ. Associate Attorney should be highly organized to keep order per our new and excellent File Management Computerized System.
