Patent Attorney Candidate will focus in business law, intellectual property, and litigation seeks Patent Attorney or Patent Agent. Must have: Licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office; If Patent Attorney, licensed to practice law with a state Bar; Legal experience (2+ years preferred); Computer science and technology background preferred; Strong work ethic; Ability to respond and be flexible to client demands; Computer proficient; experience with Microsoft Applications, Google Suite programs, and Adobe Acrobat a plus; Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and their staff. Interviews: Between December 14 and December 22. Start date: is January 11, 2020.
