Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate duties will include: Conducting client intakes; Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions and orders; Assisting in and responding to discovery; preparation of draft discovery; E-filing documents in State and Federal Courts; Scheduling of hearings, depositions and other related events; Arranging service of process; Managing calendar; Maintaining and organizing files and keeping them current; Answering clients' and insurance adjusters' inquiries regarding case status. Must have 7+ years legal work experience in handling a big case load in Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows 7-10. Knowledge of Needles and TrialWorks is a plus. Ability to type 65+ wpm is required. Exceptional writing and speaking skills is needed. Bilingual preferred.
