Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare a Memorandum of Costs, Request for Dismissal, Demand for Jury Fees. Draft Deposition Notices and Subpoenas. Prepare Discovery Responses. Form Interrogatories. Special Interrogatories. Request for Production of Documents. Request for Admissions. Coordinate with experts to produce documents needed for reports. Summarizing Responses to Interrogatories, Medical Records, Billing Records, Employment Records. Indexing, Cataloging and Organizing Discovery prior to trial Organize Trial Binders. Prepare pre-authorized page line summaries (indexing) deposition prior to trial. Summarize Medical Records. Should preferably have a High school or equivalent education with 3 years of experience as a Paralegal. Must be a motivated Paralegal with a certificate of completion or degree in Paralegal Studies. Note: Urgently hiring.
