Legal Secretary The candidates will be expected to perform a variety of legal secretarial duties such as; scheduling hearings, preparing legal documents and correspondence, docketing cases, maintaining court dockets and diaries, and providing information and direction to others. This position deals with matters often of a confidential nature, including; litigation, government tort claims, workers compensation claims, personnel, labor relations, and other legal matters. The work requires knowledge of legal, secretarial, and office practices. Should have meeting Planning, Supply Management, Telephone Skills. Must have computer skills, specifically in a windows environment. Should have great verbal and written communication skills. Should have demonstrated a courteous and professional demeanor.
