Litigation Attorney (Civil) The candidate's must be an experienced Litigation Attorney. Should have 3 years experience in civil litigation either in plaintiff or defence work. Should have strong skills in legal writing (for motion practice) and oral advocacy is required. Must be able to handle a case load with little supervision and competent ability to conduct arbitrations, hearings and mediations in general liability cases, including, auto, premises, product, employment professional and personal injury. Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.
