Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will support our attorneys through the pre-litigation and litigation process. Will work on meeting and communicating with clients and medical providers, requesting and organizing records and documents, working with the attorney through the entire pre-litigation process. Responsibilities also include drafting disclosures, discovery and basic pleadings, along with preparing files for hearings and trials for litigation. Other duties include organization and maintenance of both electronic and hard files, scheduling, bates labeling and case management with supervising attorneys. Must be proficient in the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence, WestLaw, ICCES and all Microsoft programs. Must have 5+years of litigation experience , and personal injury experience is highly preferred.
