Employment Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support the full scope of our Employment and Labor Law practice group. Responsibilities: Perform legal work as requested by our attorneys. Prepare pleadings, including but not limited to complaints, motions, arbitration statements, and trial memos. Maintain exceptional communication with firm clients. Must have proficiency in New Jersey and Pennsylvania Labor and Employment Law and proficiency with New Jersey Rules of Court. Must have 5+ years' experience in Plaintiff Labor and Employment Law. Should have proficiency in E-filing both New Jersey and Pennsylvania pleadings and strong communication skills as well as Commitment to client service.
