Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate duties and responsibilities include propounding and responding to written discovery; some law and motion (for attorney position only); and case management from intake to settlement, including direct client contact. Must be organized and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process such as court systems and their rules, procedures, and protocols. A successful candidate should demonstrate outstanding writing ability; have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be organized and a self-starter. Korean language preferred.
