Plaintiff's PI Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of litigation including, Bills of Particulars, Responses to Discovery, Motions, Subpoenas and all aspects of trial preparation. Should have 3+ years personal injury experience. Knowledge of E-courts, E-law, Trialworks is a plus. Excellent communication skills; including telephone and computer skills are required. Ability to multi-task is a must. Self motivated individual with a positive attitude is required. Bilingual is a plus.
