Insurance Coverage Attorney The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the state of California. Must have 3+ years of experience representing carriers and/or self-insured entities in insurance coverage matters including coverage opinions and litigation. Should have experience with all areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Auto, E&O & D&O) and litigation, including the defense of extra-contractual litigation and excess claims with respect to various types of insurance policies. Legal project management experience is helpful. Strong analytical ability as well as written communication skills are a definite plus, as is experience in litigating insurance coverage cases.
