Paralegal, Data Privacy The candidate will assist with data security incident response matters. Assist with regulatory defense related to investigations by state attorneys general and federal enforcement agencies regarding data security incidents. Assist with litigation arising from disclosures of data security incidents and claims based on alleged violations of privacy law. Provide support to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, mediation and arbitration, including assistance with electronic preparation and presentation of trial exhibits and PowerPoint presentations. Prepare, organize, and maintain deposition materials and summaries. Other duties as assigned. Should have Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience; equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for education requirement.
