Associate Attorney/Pre-Litigation The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience. Preferably in personal injury (plaintiff or defense) and local bar admission is preferred. Will be enjoys educating clients, is comfortable advocating others and can manage a large-ish case load. A litigation caseload or alternatively for the counseling and settling aspect of the legal process.
