Patent Attorney - Biotechnology The candidate will apply scientific principles and specialized knowledge to assist with patent prosecution, inter partes matters before the USPTO and evaluation of patents. Should have a Ph.D. in Immunology with experience in Molecular Biology or a closely related field. Registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with 1+ years of experience required. Training available for candidate with superior academic credentials and writing ability who is willing to take patent agent exam.
