Paralegal, Contract Candidate will assist solo with a growing civil and bankruptcy law practice. Must be experienced paralegal sought to work remote/in-home on an as needed basis. Must have working knowledge and experience with drafting Ch 7 and Ch 13 bankruptcy petitions (Bankruptcy Pro), ECF filing, drafting Ch 13 plans and modifications, and assisting attorney with preparation of Ch 13 docket (Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas). General Civil Litigation and Personal Injury experience also a plus. Schedule: 10-30 hours/week
