Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft discovery and respond to discovery, pleadings, deposition notices and motions. Will obtain records via open records request, subpoena and deposition on written questions. Review and analyze documents, including discovery responses, medical records, employment records, and financial records. Research and investigation. Manage document production, records, and expert materials. Prepare for trial, depositions and hearings. Communications with opposing counsel, clients, experts, courts and vendors. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. Should have 3+ years of experience in defense litigation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat essential. Strong analytical skills, as well as advanced oral and written communication skills are necessary.
